Vladimir graduated in technical sciences, but became interested in banking and investment. Continued his training in management and strategic consulting in the United States of America and England.

Back in the 90s helped to establish Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

Vladimir, author of numerous publications in banking, economics,

financial stabily and finance, is now Professor at the Higher School of Finance and Management (HSFM), Moscow, Russia.
